The sandbox environment is for testing applications. You can use the API without affecting the data in the production environment.

The sandbox is protected by HTTP Basic Authentication. Please use the following ID and password.
To use the sandbox you must register a requester account. Go to the homepage and click Sign Up at the top to register your account.
